Remote Deposit
Don't have enough time to stop in the bank? No problem! WNB offers two options for remotely depositing checks.
Remote Deposit Anywhere
A great option for small to medium-sized businesses. With Remote Deposit Anywhere and the WNB Mobile Banking app, use your smartphone or tablet to take a picture of a check and deposit it directly into your account, anytime, anywhere. It's secure and simple!
- Save time and a trip to the bank by depositing wherever you are
- Relax, don't worry - receive a confirmation email when checks are submitted successfully
- Enroll directly within the WNB Mobile Banking app
Limits:
- Daily deposit limit is $2,500
- Monthly deposit limit is $7,500
- Deposit up to 3 checks per day and up to 15 checks per month
Remote Deposit Capture
A great option for large businesses with high check volumes that need higher limits. Remote Deposit Capture is an “electronic check” courier service that eliminates the inefficiencies, costs, and time associated with manual deposit processing. - Using a scanner provided by WNB Financial, the business scans its checks and submits them through Business Internet Banking for deposit.
- WNB receives the electronic images and processes them as a deposit to the business account.
