Why did the bank make this change?
We're making it easier for clients to access their account information electronically. Most clients prefer the convenience of viewing statements through Digital Banking, and auto-enrollment helps ensure they can begin using eStatements without additional steps.
Will my existing accounts automatically switch to eStatements?
No. Auto-enrollment applies to new accounts going forward. Existing accounts will not be changed automatically, but you may enroll eligible accounts in eStatements at any time.
How will I know if I'm enrolled in eStatements?

After your initial acceptance of eStatements, you'll receive an email notification when eStatement enrollment is added or updated for your account.

What are the benefits of eStatements?
eStatements provide:
  • Faster access to account statements and notices
  • Secure electronic storage
  • Less paper clutter
  • Email notifications when statements are available
  • Access through Digital Banking whenever you need them
What if I don't check Digital Banking very often?
You'll receive email notifications when statements become available, making it easy to know when a new statement is ready to view. eStatements are available digitally shortly after processing, almost 1 week before printed statements arrive in the mail.
Do I need an email address?

Yes. A valid email address is required to complete eStatement enrollment and receive notifications.

Why am I receiving both paper and eStatements?
When eStatements are first activated, there is a transition period during which you may receive both paper and electronic statements. This helps ensure you don't miss any important account information while the change takes effect.
Can I still receive paper statements?
Clients who prefer paper statements should speak with a banker at WNB to discuss available options.
Who should I contact if I have questions?
Please contact your local WNB Financial office or stop by any branch. We'll be happy to help.
