You can edit a payment if it hasn’t processed yet. If the payment shows in the Scheduled Payments section and has an “edit” option, you can change it. Once a payment has processed, it cannot be changed.
How do I select the payment date to make sure the payment arrives on time?
When selecting the date, you will be shown the Estimate Arrival Date. Be sure that date is a day or two prior to your bill’s due date. Keep in mind this date is only an estimate. There are factors outside of the Bill Pay system that could slow the payment down.

If you have automatic payments set up outside of the Bill Pay system (you worked directly with the company to have them take out the payment), you will not be able to see these in the Bill Pay system. You will only be able to see them in your transactions listing in Internet Banking once they have come out of your account.
