Vault Hunt

150th Anniversary Vault Hunt Rules


  • Hunts to take place the week of September 16 - 21, 2024, or until all vaults have been claimed.
  • Four Hunts will occur simultaneously in each community WNB Financial serves: Winona, Wabasha, Eau Claire, and Holmen.
  • No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve odds of winning. Odds of winning based on number of participants.
  • Open to customers and non-customers.
  • WNB employees and family members are not eligible to participate or win prizes.
  • A prize of $150 cash and $150 in gift cards and/or gift certificates, and a commemorative coin vault will be awarded to the winner of each Hunt.
  • Four clues (one for each community) will be posted daily on the WNB Financial Facebook page for 6-consecutive days, or until the Vault is claimed in each community.
  • Vaults will be hidden in public parks. Do not search on private property.
  • Hunts are open for 24 hours, but please be mindful of any posted hours for park access.
  • Vaults will not be buried, may be camouflaged, and not hidden more than 6 feet in the air.
  • Hunts will officially end in each community only when WNB announces the official winner with a post on its Facebook page.
  • To claim a prize, winners must visit the following WNB Financial offices (during regular business hours) with the piggy bank and certificate they found:
    • Winona: 204 Main Street, Winona MN 55987
    • Wabasha: 111 Main Street West, Wabasha MN 55981
    • Altoona: 1160 Blazing Star Blvd., Altoona WI 54720
    • Holmen: 1506 Cole Court, Holmen WI 54636
  • Winners will be asked to complete and sign a photo release form.
  • Participants are at will. WNB is not responsible for any injury.
